Our Journey Started with a Simple Question
Back in 2019, we noticed something interesting. Many Taiwan businesses were struggling with online reviews – not because they provided poor service, but because they didn't know how to effectively communicate with customers online.
We started Cognitwiselogic to bridge that gap. Our founders, coming from backgrounds in customer service and data analysis, realized that most review management focused on damage control rather than relationship building.
Today, we work with businesses across Taiwan, from family-run shops in traditional markets to modern service companies in Taipei's business districts. Each partnership teaches us something new about customer communication in the digital age.
